1. The “Tournament Hub Predict & Win” is an online contest, open to participants worldwide.

2. The contest shall run for all the games during any Tournaments.

3. Each participant must register with a valid mobile number and email address.

4. Participants must register with their personal information to be eligible for the contest.

5. Tournament Hub reserves the right to disqualify and remove any participants from the contest without prior notification or disclose their personal information if they are suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the terms and conditions of their account.

6. The prizes shall neither be transferable nor exchangeable. Tournament Hub reserves the absolute right to substitute the prizes with those of similar value at any time with or without prior notice and subject to applicable taxes.

7. The decision of Tournament Hub shall be final and conclusive. No appeal and/or correspondence will be entertained.

8. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by Tournament Hub. An entry is invalid if it is incomplete, contains false information, or any other errors as determined by Tournament Hub in its sole discretion.

9. All winners will be notified via Facebook wall post & notification and any other means of communication as determined by Tournament Hub or its authorized representative. This includes publishing on the application page as well as Tournament Hub's official social media pages.

10. Tournament Hub will not be held liable in the event the winner(s) do not receive notification emails for any reason whatsoever or fail to collect his/her prize within 7 days from the date of the prize announcement.

11. The prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winners, and Tournament Hub excludes all warranties or representations whatsoever in connection with any prize. Tournament Hub does not assume any responsibility for the prizes offered under this contest.

12. By participating in the contest, participants have expressly consented for their particulars to be posted in any method or medium that Tournament Hub sees fit for the purpose of announcing the winners.

13. Acceptance of the prizes constitutes the winners’ unconditional agreement and permission to Tournament Hub and its agencies to use the winners’ names, winner and his/her friends’ photograph and/or likeness for purposes of editorial, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice. Tournament Hub fully reserves its rights to such forms of publicity and publication.

14. Tournament Hub reserves the rights to at any time add to, delete, vary or amend the contents within this application, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any users of this application or any other party.

15. Tournament Hub reserves the right to at any time add to, delete, vary or amend the Terms and Conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this contest, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any participant or any other party.

16. Tournament Hub and its affiliates (including its employees, consultants and agents) shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, loss or damage whatsoever (indirect or consequential) incurred or suffered by any participant or winner.

17. Please be informed that the scores provided by international recognized website will only be valid, while scores from other websites will not be considered.
